Key Responsibilities:Create and modify detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for construction and GRC projectsWork closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that drawings meet project specifications and deadlinesPrepare and revise drawings based on site feedback or changes in project requirementsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulationsMaintain and organize project drawing archives and documentationCollaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and coordination between various departmentsAssist with the preparation of technical reports and documentationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in construction, GRC, or precast concrete industriesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design softwareStrong knowledge of drafting techniques, building codes, and design principlesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all drawingsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
