Job Description

Our client is a UN-recognized non-profit organization here in UAE. They are now looking for an Donor Relations and Partnership Officer to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Donor Relations & Partnerships Department through researching, coordinating, and administrating fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct research on latest fundraising trends, channels and campaigns.
  • Continuously research for new donors and submit recommendations to the Deputy Director of Donor Relations & Partnerships.
  • Conduct benchmark studies with local and global philanthropic organizations, analyse data and put forth recommendations to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • Host brainstorming sessions to come up with new fundraising ideas and draft proposals for managements approval.
Preference:
  • Khaleeji-dialect speaker with family book.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree and/or relevant experience in non-profit agencies
  • Experience in project management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field of sales/fundraising/customer relations
