Preparation of various reports, analytics, and presentations. Design simple graphics, charts, and visuals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop. Ensure proper record keeping and document retention according to regulatory requirements. Provide professional support to customers for routine inquiries. Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex matters. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma (preferred). 13 years of experience in banking, exchange house, or financial services (preferred). Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and remittance operations. Familiarity with UAE regulatory environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills.
