Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize all project documentation including contracts, drawings, technical submittals, and correspondenceEnsure timely and accurate distribution of project documents to relevant teams, clients, and stakeholdersImplement and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic recordsTrack document revisions and maintain a log of changes to ensure document accuracyCoordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to collect and process documentsEnsure that documents comply with company policies and industry regulationsPrepare and submit regular reports on document status to senior managementAssist with project audits and provide documentation support during quality checks or inspectionsRequirements:Bachelor?s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience as a document controller in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry, preferably within the UAE or GCCStrong knowledge of document management systems, standards, and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and document control softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentPrevious experience with joinery projects or fit-out documentation is essential
