Responsibilities:Manage, organize, and maintain all project and facility documentation.Update and maintain records in the CAFM system.Ensure proper version control and timely distribution of documents.Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and facility management staff to retrieve and archive documents.Generate reports and dashboards from CAFM for maintenance and operations tracking.Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and procedures.Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance by providing accurate documentation.Support the implementation of new CAFM modules and updates as required.Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document control and CAFM operations.Proficiency in CAFM software and MS Office.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Knowledge of facility management processes and documentation standards.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in the construction, facility management industry is preferred.
