Al Shrfah Building Contracting L.L.C is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our expanding team. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate project documentation and records.Key Responsibilities:Manage, organize, and control all project-related documents in both electronic and physical formats.Ensure all files are properly stored, indexed, and easy to retrieve when required.Maintain document registers, logs, and transmittals in close coordination with the project team.Review all documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before final submission.Coordinate document exchange between engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Assist with general administrative duties and office filing when needed.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.0–2 years of experience in document control or administrative work (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document control software is an advantage.Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Female candidates are preferred for this position.
