Job Description

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project and organizational documents to ensure accuracy, security, and easy retrieval. The role involves establishing document control procedures, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting project teams with document-related needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.Receive, register, and track incoming and outgoing documents.Ensure all documents are properly maintained, archived, and easily accessible.Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.Control document versions and ensure that the latest versions are available.Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders as per project requirements.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Prepare reports related to document status and documentation progress.Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate document handling.Assist in audits and compliance activities related to document management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree or diploma in Administration, Management, or related field.Proven experience in document control, administrative support, or similar roles.Familiarity with document control software and systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, ISO 9001).
