Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEWith a strong background in architecture and interior fit-outs (preferred).Key Roles-Transmitting, Registering, file naming, uploading, superseding etc. of project technical documents: Material & Sample Submission, Method Statement, Pre-Qualification, Letters, Memos, RFI’s, Payment Certificate and other General Technical Submittals through Project EDMS platforms (i.e. ACONEX) as per client procedure.-Well knowledge in MS Office Package.-Preparing, tracking and real time update for Deliverable logs of Material & Sample submission, Shop Drawing, RFI’s, WIR, MIR, Method Statement, PQ, correspondence register and other client instruction log maintaining.-Prepare & submit daily progress report & manpower report.-Prepare submission of weekly progress report.-Prepare & submit correspondences to Client, Main Contractor & Subcontractors.-Coordinate regularly to Main Contractor’s DC for proper tracking of submittal status.-Keeping track of all records related to project.-Provide requested files from concerned Engineers.-Ability to handle Client and Consultant requirements.-Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications :-Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or relevant.-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UAE.-Well knowledge in Electronic Document Management System EDMS (Aconex experience required.)-Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.-Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.-Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.Note : Candidates shall be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
