The Design District Décor LLC, a leading provider of high-end interior design and fit-out solutions for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects, is currently hiring a Document Controller to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi.We are looking for a well-organized and detail-driven professional who will be responsible for managing all project-related documentation and ensuring timely and efficient communication across internal departments, clients, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain accurate records of all project documents, drawings, and official correspondences• Ensure document accuracy, accessibility, and regular updates• Oversee the flow of documents between internal teams, consultants, and clients• Track document versions, transmittals, and maintain revision logs• Implement and uphold company’s document control policies• Assist project teams in locating and retrieving required documentation• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and formal submissions• Provide support in preparing and submitting tender documentationRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field• At least 3 years of relevant experience in document control within interior fit-out or construction sectors• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint or similar)• High attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:• Competitive compensation package• Career development and advancement opportunities• A supportive, professional, and collaborative work culture
