Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all project documentation, drawings, and records.Control the issuance and receipt of documents, ensuring proper version control.Ensure all documents are stored securely and accessible to authorized personnel.Coordinate with project teams to facilitate document approval processes.Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.Track document status and update records accordingly.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or engineering projects.Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Immediate availability is preferred.
