We have an exciting opportunity for talented UAE national graduates to join us in Dubai and internationally as part of the dnata Safety Graduate Programme. The objective of this programme is to develop the skills of talented UAE national graduates and provide them with a strong foundation to pursue a career in aviation safety. Once you graduate from this programme, you will be a qualified professional, gaining both technical and soft skills to allow you to grow within the profession or move into a leadership role within the business. The duration of the programme is 24 months and is divided into two main phases: Phase 1: 12 months - This phase will be an introduction to dnata Safety?s different teams and key stakeholders. You will work towards the completion of SMS (IATA), a basic Nebosh Qualification and Safety Investigation Course in addition to relevant courses. Phase 2 ? 12 months - This phase will focus on your specialization. You will be placed in one of the areas within dnata Safety Department. You will work towards the completion of the mandatory courses related to the assigned role. Since this is a graduate trainee programme, no formal work experience will be required since experience will be gained through a 2 phased intensive on the job training programme.
