We have an exciting opportunity for talented UAE national graduates to join us in Dubai and internationally as part of the dnata Catering and Retail Graduate Programme. Where you will have the ability to learn and experience across a diverse range of functions; from food production, procurement and supply chain, to operations and logistics, airside operations, food safety and quality, alongside a full suite of support functions that drive our businesses. The objective of this programme is to develop the skills of talented UAE national graduates and provide them with a strong foundation to pursue a career in inflight catering and Retail. Once you graduate from this programme, you will be a qualified professional, gaining both technical and soft skills to allow you to grow within the profession or move into a leadership role within the business. The duration of the programme is 28 months and is divided into two main phases: Phase 1: 12 months - This phase will involve two on the job attachments in Dubai. As introduction to dnata Catering you will be attached to junior and supervisory roles to understand our business. Each on the job attachment will be 6 months where you?ll develop an understanding of the roles and perform them independently. You will be assessed by the end of each role attachment. Phase 2 ? 16 months - This phase will involve two on the job attachments in dnata global locations. The international role attachment will allow you to be exposed and experience how dnata Catering runs in a global setting. You will be attached to junior and supervisory roles similar to what you have been attached to in Dubai. Each of the international job attachments will be 8 months where you?ll develop an understanding of the roles and perform them independently. You will be assessed by the end of each role attachment. Since this is a graduate trainee programme, no formal work experience will be required since experience will be gained through a 2 phase intensive on the job training programme.
