Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a leading Regional Firm, who are interested in hiring a Commercial Disputes Associate (4/6 PQE) to join their expanding team in Dubai.About the roleThis role will handle a mixture of corporate and commercial disputes, supporting the DIFC Commercial Disputes Litigation Practise and assisting with arbitration matters.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Disputes Associate to join a market-leading team in the Middle East, working alongside established Partners and other Fee Earners.About youThe successful candidate must be Common Law qualified, with White Book/UK disputes experience. To be considered for this role, you must also have 4-6 years of post-qualified experience, preferably with on-the-ground/DIFC experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
