Job Description

Seeking a growth mindset people first leader who wants to build the most beautiful useful consumer app in the Middle East. Their mission is to assemble and lead an empowered product team that builds on a strong core and establishes market leadership in groceries, dark stores, AdTech and new verticals.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIESLead Product Team

  • Recruit world class product managers who have a passion for advancing Arabia
  • Set team vision and culture, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver to world class standards in improving the partner and customer experiences at HS
Enable growth of businessLeadteams and the product strategy ofbrand new product lines of HS:
  • Lead the new vertical?s category (Food, Groceries, QuickCommerce) product and business stakeholders to define and creatively solve problem
  • Lead Non Commission Revenue (NCR) ad technology
  • Lead MarketingTech and growth activities of acquisition, retention, loyalty
Grow product capabilities
  • Work closely with internal product functions of design, analytics and ProdOps to define and improve high performance processes
  • Research and incorporate latest trends and tools in product discovery within team
Own design execution
  • Ensure all a/b experiments and analytical research are conceived and executed within correct business priorities and to the utmost professional standards

  • Own the professional growth and fulfilment of direct reports making them better humans, better professionals, caring for them at a genuine and awe inspiring level
  • Role model DH values and continuous learning and a growth mindset
Make the world a better place
  • Drive feedback to Delivery Hero and HungerStation executives, establishing the importance of empowered product team
Knowledge and Experience
  • 10+ years relevant experience shipping world class products, of which at least 3 year in a leadership capacity
  • You have experience in managing complex environments with multiple stakeholders, including local and global.
  • You are highly passionate about solving and lobbying for actual business and customer problems instead of shipping features
  • You are proficient in various ways of product discovery and setting a high bar of excellence in your teams
  • Thought leadership on design and data as competitive advantages
  • Able to demonstrate solid coaching and mentoring of peers and direct reports
Education and Certifications
  • At least a Bachelor?s degree in a quantitative subject or in business administration with proven track record in data
  • MBA Preferred
