You will be fully responsible for building and supporting the Store Operations team across all tMart countries as well as supporting the set up and running of tMarts DC functionWhat?s On Your Plate?

• Set and define overall Operations strategy and define standards guidelines for all the Operations aspects in the Region
• Define along with tMart GMs & country Operations team the Operations entry strategy to any new Country or city
• Develop and follow up of the Regional expansion strategy and store footprint growth
• Provide the final Operations approval on new store locations, and oversee the framework for the assessment of new stores locations viability and feasibility
• Plan cost-effective management of Operations, suggesting/directing improvement actions/alignment with best practices and coordinating with countries and regional Functions.
• Monitor trends in the marketplace, including the competition and validating action plans for improvement
• Institut training and developmental programs for regional team and monitor effective implementation to be used across countries
• Help and improve support services efficiency like communication channels and IT; and also ensure free flowing communication between all countries
• Assess and report to VP all tMart operations performance and consistency with the Company Operations strategy and raising appropriate reports
• Define and support leading the cost efficiency project across all tMart countries
• Oversee the implementation plans of projects and monitoring them for progress; adapting them when needed.
• Building and providing insights / 360 degree reports on all aspects of the performance and development of the tMart across all countries
• Develop effective partnerships with global, regional and country stakeholders to plan for future requirements and develop proactive supply chain strategies
• Identify regional and country Supply Chain strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats though market analysis, operational assessments, regional procurement and contracting capacity and develop action plans in partnership with Country GMs
• Review organization Supply Chain structures and staffing levels to ensure effective and cost-efficient support to business.Identify team capacity building opportunities and promote training and other development activities
• Work closely with the regional and country teams to develop Supply Chain strategies that prioritize initiatives to improve operational capabilities and effectiveness
• Ensure that supply chain operations have supplier development strategies and provide guidance to supply chain teams on effective development techniques
• Lead and Establish the distribution Centers in all countries ( DC & 3 PL ) planning , Design, setup, Operations and workflow including the ERP system selection and implementation - integration

What Did We Order?We are looking for a Process oriented, data driven Director that can problem solve with huge workaround skills. You will be dealing with tMart general managers, the Regional team - Operations managers , Commercial managers, DC managers, Inventory Controllers, System developers, finance managers and the Global team so this person needs to have fantastic communication skills in order to connect with the team.
