Job Description

Position Title:Director of InstitutesEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 50K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefitsJob Location:United Arab EmiratesAbout the Client: One of the pioneer High Schools in the UAE

  • Has the responsibility for the implementation of the General Framework on campus
  • Comply with Roles and Responsibilities to protect staff, students, contractors, the community, and the environment
  • Is responsible for implementing the Policy for Business Continuity (BC) and is accountable for ensuring that management systems comply to the requirements of ?National Standards for Business Continuity Management System? and that a governance framework and reporting structure for BCMS is in place and responsibilities and authorities are assigned and communicated appropriately.
  • Commits to the BCMS and ensure that the system integrates with other business processes
  • As the leading member of the Management Team, the Director conceptualizes and implements strategic plans and provides leadership in establishing and maintaining an educational community of students and staff
  • A core responsibility for developing the learning model of independent, life-long learning
