Covering an area of 43,770 sq. m, the resort is a short drive from famous archaeological sites such as Dhayah Fort and Sheba?s Palace.You will oversee Human Resources programs, including recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recognition, and training. In this role, you will also drive and improve organizational capability, systems, and processes, and ensure winning becomes a habit through embedding high performance and driving a culture of high quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure policy compliance for hotel colleagues and you will coach, and counsel General Manager and leadership team on all people-related issues. Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and SPA is seeking a highly organized and polished Director of Human Resources who is passionate about colleagues? personal growth, developing diverse talents, and creating a more inclusive culture that will drive business performance.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrated excellence in the HR field as well as outstanding internal stakeholder and owner management, understanding of brand delivery, and the ability to impact and influence the overall business agenda and execution. Youll bring great knowledge and experience, be forward-thinking and inspirational in a warm and approachable manner. Ideally, youll have a bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 yrs + experience in a Human Resources Management role, and will have worked in a resort luxury property. A solid understanding of Employee Relations practices and the ability to deal effectively with employees across diverse cultures and build management capability will spell success in this role. You must also have a great understanding of the UAE Labor Law and compliances.
