Hiring Director of Food & Beverage – Trump International Golf Club, DubaiWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven hospitality professional to join our team as Director of Food & Beverage. This leadership role oversees all culinary and beverage operations across the golf club’s dining outlets, events, and member functions—ensuring impeccable service, financial excellence, and a world-class member experience in line with the Trump brand.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all F&B venues, including the clubhouse restaurant, bar, comfort stations, banquets, and eventsCollaborate with chefs and bar managers to create seasonal menus and beverage programsEnsure service excellence and guest satisfaction consistent with Trump brand standardsPartner with events and golf teams to deliver seamless tournaments, weddings, and private functionsLead budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, labor management, and cost controlHire, train, and inspire FOH and BOH teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitalityMaintain safety, hygiene, and alcohol compliance standardsBuild vendor relationships for premium product sourcing and operational efficiencyLeverage member feedback and data to enhance offerings and improve satisfactionReport key metrics and initiatives to the General Manager and senior leadershipQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)5–10 years’ experience in high-end F&B operations, ideally within a luxury golf club or resortStrong leadership experience across FOH and BOH teamsUnderstanding of membership-based service cultureProven ability to deliver financial performance and guest satisfactionProficiency in POS and club software systems (e.g., Jonas, Micros)Certified in food safety and responsible alcohol serviceAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredJob Benefits:Medical insuranceDuty meals providedLeadership role in a globally recognized golf clubCareer advancement opportunitiesAll other company benefits
