The overall objectives of the Director Risk and Compliance will be to:?Provide a basis for effective governance and decision making? Identify risks & assist management in developing mitigation strategies.? Safeguard Miral?s interests and those of its stakeholders.The Director Risk and Compliance will report directly to the General Counsel to provide an independent and objective assurance in relation to the adequacy of company?s risk management. Provide the CEO and the Executive Management with assurance that management, at all levels, is operating a sound system of risk management, control and governance.
