Job Description

ROLE PURPOSEThe Digital Payments Coordinator is a key enabler to the Digital Payments team and our product Blue Pay. The role is responsible for ensuring all commercial, technical and operational activities are completed for Al-Futtaim?s brands in accordance with policies, procedures, compliance, and regulatory standards.The role will support our internal customers across MENA and SEA markets.KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage internal payment acceptance requests ? facilitate the delivery of standard and non-standard requests from our brand teams.
  • Manage delivery partners ? ensure delivery partners are meeting contractual and operational obligations
  • Data-driven ? comfortable with using data to analyse process and delivery partner performance across agreed metrics
  • Administration ? ensure all contractual, operational and technical documentation is maintained in a systematic manner
  • Process improvement ? ability to conduct process analysis in order to make improvement or find solutions, to deliver high quality outcomes for our internal customers
