Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Manage La Familia Medical Center?s social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram channels.?Develop and implement successful social media advertising campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness?Monitor social media ads performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics?Follow up with social media leads and pass qualified leads to the sales team?Create and provide graphic designs for social media posts and campaigns in collaboration with the graphic designer?Coordinate with the social media manager to develop social media content strategy and calendar?Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to generate more leads from social media?Track and report key social media metrics and performance to managementRequirements:?Minimum one year of experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably in the UAE?Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken?Experience developing, managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns?Strong graphic design skills for creating social media visual assets?Knowledge of social media management platforms and advertising tools?Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with other teams?Attention to detail and data-driven approach to measuring performance?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
