Job Description

Position Overview:A Premier Education Company based in Dubai is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for our portfolio companies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing strategies and lead the design and execution of impactful digital initiatives to grow our brands’ presence and customer base.Key Responsibilities:•Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.•Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.•Website Optimization & SEOEnsure the website is optimised for performance, usability, and SEO.•Implement effective calls-to-action and create high-converting landing pages.•Performance Marketing & AnalyticsPlan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, , and Instagram.•Track and analyse campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI, and use insights to refine strategies.•Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for advanced tracking and reporting.•Content Creation & CopywritingCreate engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms, including newsletters, social media, and blogs.•Develop persuasive ad copy and engaging social media posts to drive awareness and conversion.•Email Marketing & Automation•Use platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot to design and execute email marketing campaigns.Build automated workflows to nurture leads and drive customer retention.•Social Media ManagementGrow and manage social media presence across key platforms.•Leverage growth hacking techniques like reposting and engaging with influencers to build relationships and increase followers.•Growth Hacking & Competitive AnalysisPerform competitive keyword research and backlink analysis to improve SEO and overall performance.•Reposition content to attract a wider audience and increase engagement.Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.•Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with designers, developers, and external agencies to align on objectives and deliverables.•Present performance updates and actionable insights to leadership.Qualifications & Experience:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience:•3–5+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.•Experience in the education sector or similar industries is an advantage.Technical Skills:•Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and analytics tools.•Knowledge of A/B testing, sales funnels, and marketing automation.Soft Skills:•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.•Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.•Innovative, adaptable, and a continuous learner.
