Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive The Digital Marketing Executive supports the development of all hotel collaterals including Food and Beverage public relation programs and advertising artwork, and serves to provide coordination support for hotel events as well as facilitates administration matters for the Marketing Communications department.What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing:

  • Supports publicity for hotel promotions, spa and selected Food and Beverage outlets and their promotions as well as festive offers.
  • Supports media hosting opportunities for rooms, weddings, retail arcade, spa and selected Food and Beverage venues to drive continued awareness.
  • Supports media plan for rooms, weddings, retail arcade, spa and selected Food and Beverage venues in accordance with the hotel?s goals and objectives.
  • Supports the development of creative artworks and text copy for rooms, weddings, retail arcade, spa and selected Food and Beverage venues, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Works closely with Marketing Communications team to develop collaterals to support hotel goals.
  • Supports and coordinates photoshoots for hotel.
  • Supports Event?s Coordination and Execution
  • Liaises with internal stakeholders and external vendors to co-ordinate and support Hotel including events and promotions.
  • Co-ordinates PR reporting for all media coverage Facilitates hotel sponsorships and gift voucher requisition.
  • Provides general administrative support for the team.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing.
  • At least two years experience in a similar role.
  • A digital, communications and hospitality management qualification is a strong recommendation, alternatively digital marketing experience
  • well versed in social media and E commerce
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
