Job Description

This is a Contract role through ManpowerME - 6 months renewable contractMy client is a camera company. Their products empower people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.They are looking for a Digital Ad Support Specialist. As a member of the Digital Ad Support team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns. Working from our Dubai office, you?ll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers.What you?ll do:

  • Provide excellent email and video call support to advertisers, agencies, and Sales teams on Snap?s self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverable and innovative solutions
  • Be a specialist on Snap?s ad platform; use data to troubleshoot delivery, reporting, ad performance, and campaign optimization queries
  • Educate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on advertiser goals
  • Inform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
  • Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational key performance indicators
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
  • 1+ years in digital advertising, technology or other related field
  • Flexibility to work modified hours to ensure coverage for our customers and their critical issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years working in Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience working with ad agencies, brand, and performance advertisers and Sales
  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative teammate
  • Demonstrable track record of preparing and leading trainings
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging manner
  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Businesses
  • Product expert, know advertising products inside out
