Development ManagerHigh-end Residential and Hospitality Construction ProjectsDecription :?Sets the strategy for development delivery and ensures that feasibility and profitability of each project is met, from concept design through to handover.?Responsible for managing the design and permitting process, evaluating and appointing consultants / sub consultants, preparing project design briefs, guidelines, programs, prequalification processes, RFP?s, feasibility studies, tender evaluation reports, sales & marketing material and establishing and maintaining relationships with the relevant authorities.Requirements:?Minimum 15-20 years of experience working with leading real estate developer in UAE with large-scale residential and hospitality construction projects.Location: UAE
