If you’re passionate about cybersecurityKey Responsibilities:– Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and basic Linux systems– Troubleshoot hardware issues – desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals– Resolve networking problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)– Support MS Office, Office 365, and other common business apps– Use remote support tools like RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk– Manage users and groups via Active Directory– Handle tickets using tools like ServiceNow, ManageEngine– Configure and support email clients (Outlook, mobile devices)– Apply knowledge of antivirus, security, and compliance protocols
