Design Manager ? StructuralJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:?Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance.?Evaluate design alignment with client requirements and UAE legislation, industry standards, and specifications.?Oversee asset or infrastructure design production to meet program objectives.?Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships for design management.?Assist in preparing detailed project plans for design phases.?Monitor day-to-day structural design activities and resources.?Communicate project KPIs, targets, directions, and instructions to stakeholders.?C Coordinate architecture and engineering teams for integrated structural solutions.?Provide status reports on structural design milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.?Participate in feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals.?Ensure designs proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:?BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.?Minimum 10 years overall experience, with 5 years in a similar role and 5 years in the Middle East.?Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, RAM Structural System, and Microsoft Office Suite.?Excellent report writing and communication skills.
