Liaise with Sales team for optimum design/layout at Proposal stage, to ensure Tender / Quote for the project is within standard requirements
Prepare detailed scaffolding layouts and accurate design calculations based on Client / Site requirement, conforming to the industry standards.
Prepare fabrication drawing for special cases, check the accuracy of actual fabricated scaffold component
Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure maximum utilization of available stock
Ensure design calculations and drawings are approved by the Client in line with proposals submitted.Communicate variations to the Estimation/Sales team for revaluation.
Quality control: Ensure the Industry Standards are regularly updated in line with the revisions / upgrades occurring at International level.
Validate the test certificates of different Scaffolding components as per industry requirements.
ISO Audit ? take ownership of the Scaffolding Operating Procedures and ensure records/procedures are updated as per Audit requirements.Coordinate both Internal and External Audits in collaboration with the Scaffolding team
Coordinate with the Procurement department in finalising the technical aspects of different scaffolding components to ensure quality control
