The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative architectural designs and detailed drawings.Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and clients.Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards.Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.Review and validate architectural plans, specifications, and construction documentation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in architectural design.Hands-on experience in UAE building projects is mandatory.Background in Engineering Consultancy is highly preferred.Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Additional Notes:Candidates with a notice period of 0–15 days will be given priority.Candidates with UAE experience, even if currently based outside the UAE, are encouraged to apply.
