Qualification:· Holds a bachelor’s in Engineering- Mechanical /Fire SafetyExperience· 2-4 years experience in Building Management systems in an Engineering/Construction CompanySkills:· In-depth technical knowledge about BMS/ IBMS and Metering solutions.· Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Vision, Star Draw, Sketch Up· Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes & NFPA requirements.· Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing technical compliance, response to consultant’s comments, engineering calculations (Lux level calculation, battery calculation, voltage drop calculation, aspire calculation, heat dissipation calculation, SPL/STI calculation, etc.)· Expertise in Microsoft office tools.Responsibilities· Responsible for complete estimation & design for the system· Prepare compliance statement, Technical Material submittals & prequalification to submit for consultant approval.
