Job Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operationsPrepare and cook menu items according to hotel standardsEnsure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areasFollow recipes and presentation standardsMaintain stock levels and assist in inventory managementAdhere to food safety and sanitation policiesSupport team members and ensure smooth kitchen workflowRequirements:Previous experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar position in a hotel environmentGood knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standardsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchenStrong teamwork and communication skillsCulinary certification or relevant qualification is preferredAbility to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
