The ideal candidate will oversee daily dispatch operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure the timely delivery of building blocks to client sites. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a team of drivers efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily dispatch operations and delivery schedules.Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery to client sites.Supervise and manage drivers effectively.Maintain records of deliveries and operational documentation.Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues.Requirements:Proven experience in logistics or dispatch management.Prior experience in the Block or Masonry industry is highly advantageous.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under deadlines.
