Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealer network targets in UAEBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealer partnersIdentify market opportunities and expand the dealer networkConduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing dealsMonitor dealer performance and provide training and support as neededCoordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaignsPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysisEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE regulationsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors in UAEStrong negotiation and communication skillsKnowledge of the UAE market and dealer network operationsLeadership qualities and team management skillsFluency in English; Arabic is a plus
