Key Responsibilities:– Implement privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles across systems and applications– Ensure compliance with local and international data privacy regulations (e.g., UAE Data Law, GDPR, etc.)– Develop, implement, and maintain data protection controls, risk assessments, and incident response strategies– Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks– Conduct security audits and recommend enhancementsQualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering , Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field– Strong knowledge of data protection laws and security frameworks– Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPT, CIPP, CISSP, CISM) are preferred– Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data privacy and security engineering
