We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Manager to act as the primary liaison between business users and delivery teams.Reporting directly to the Head of Data and Platforms, you will oversee integration activities, manage delivery teams, handle budget and cost management, and ensure effective communication to efficiently meet business objectivesAbout The Role:Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between business users, requestors, and delivery teams to ensure effective communication and project follow-upIntegration Management: Oversee the planning and execution of integration projects and run activities, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company objectives.Technical reference : Being the technical referent for the biztalk, SSIS and azure integration topicsTeam Leadership: Manage and guide delivery teams to complete projects on time and within scope, optimizing team productivityBudget and Cost Management: Handle budgeting and cost management for the data integration landscape, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraintsReporting: Provide regular updates to the Head of Data and Platforms on project status, risks, and resource needsRisk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and run activitiesProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance integration processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiencyAbout You:Catch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements:Proven experience as the primary liaison between business users and technical teamsStrong background in managing delivery teams and overseeing complex integration projectsExcellent problem solving and decision making capabilitiesUnderstanding of risk management and process improvement techniquesExperience in budget and cost management for IT projectsStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong skills in biztalk and Azure integration landscape (azure function, logicApps, Azure Data Factory and/or Synapse pipelines)Nice to have:Familiarity with classical Integration platforms architecture and patternsExperience with project management tools and softwareKnowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologiesWork experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT integration or related fieldsMinimum education level: Master degree in Information technology, computer science or a related fieldYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
