Tamween Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to efficiently manage order processing and customer data. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that customer orders, stock records, and reports are accurate and up-to-date, supporting smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:• Process and record customer orders accurately in CRM and WMS systems.• Update SKU details and maintain precise customer data records.• Coordinate closely with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.• Generate and maintain daily and weekly reports in Excel, including data on orders, returns, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly while maintaining high data accuracy standards.Requirements:• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry, order management, or customer service.• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software; strong data management skills.• Excellent communication abilities in English.
