Data AnalystJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities:•Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and examine support ticket data to uncover patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.•Data Modeling and Visualization: Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor support operations.•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to understand support processes and systems, and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.•Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline support ticket handling and resolution, reducing manual effort and improving overall support quality.•Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to support managers and leadership, ensuring that insights are actionable and meaningful.•Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data through validation and quality assurance procedures.•Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and customer support.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.•Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on support ticket analysis.•Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail when working with large datasets.•Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.•Familiarity with customer support processes and systems is a plus.
