Job Description

UAE National/ Emirati - Customer Support Executive| ElectronicsWhat you will do:-Description of Accountability:

  1. Attend the customers at the reception and receive the units with no error/mistakes on the notification with no error/mistakes on the notification.
  2. Customer complaints very minimal ? based on the target
  3. Customer incoming calls to be attended within min rings based on the target
  4. CSI based on the target
  5. Customer waiting time ? minimal based on the target
  6. House keeping / grooming and preventability / punctuality
  7. Customer orientation
  8. Speed of attending to customers
  9. Team approach
  10. Initiative / flexibility and punctuality
  11. Accuracy of data entry
  12. System process knowledge and communication
