Job Description

Our client is into Insurance industry. They are now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join them. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • To ensure the delivery process completion is within the promised time to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility & adaptability in intense situations
  • Strong oral, written & verbal communication skills in English
