Job ResponsibilitiesTo develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, negotiates contracts based on territories and volume pricing agreements.To receive and record inquiries in company CRM system and search potential vendors/suppliers with help from commercial manager.Evaluate and shortlist the suppliers based on parameters set by AdChem team.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, INCO terms, payment terms, etc with suppliers.Prepare a price offer for customer, take approval from manager and share with customer.Follow-up with customer for to generate business. Develop a win/win strategy based on customer?s needs, internal capabilities, competitor's weaknesses and company strengths.Coordinates with support staff in Accounts and Logistics to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner in accordance with prior agreement with supplier.Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way to Sales team by maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new suppliers in person, via telephone calls and emails.Initiate & implement marketing & sales plans with the help and under supervision of General Manager & concerned department(s) to increase market share and revenue growth in all company?s products.Prepare reports on purchases and sales, including analysis.Responsible to achieve sales targets.
