About the job Customer Service cum Sales ExecutiveOur client is a?leading foreign investment consulting firm in UAE with over 10 years of professional experience offering investment consulting services to corporations, investors, start-ups, and small-medium enterprises planning to start a business in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and across other parts of the Middle East and North Africa.They arelooking for a Customer Service cum?Sales Executive ?to join the team. You will?interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.Responsibilities:

  • ?Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, emails, chatbot or anyother forms of communication.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concernswith speed and professionalism
  • Data entry and updating the system for any new clients and existing clients
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting statusreports on customer service issues
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Make the follow-up to clients regularly and update in the portal accordingly
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Has to generate the leads and meet the sales goals
  • Prequalify the lead by getting all information from client, and confirming withOperations Department
  • Negotiating will prospective clients
  • Determine the appropriate pricing schedules for quotes or proposals
  • Preparation of Quotations and Proposals
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating the request of existing clients to concerned departments
  • Escalating queries to the immediate manager for any corporate accounts
Qualifications:
  • ?Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service cum Sales Executive inBusiness Setup and/or PRO Services (MUST)
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customersand suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft Applications, Zoho CRM
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
