Job Description

Location: Abu DhabiThe role is to constantly support in developing, reviewing, and monitoring the end-to-end customer journey experience and implementation of business rules and policies for continuous improvement.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:• Direct interaction with clients, assuring customer satisfaction.• Attend, record, and keep track of the call’s prospect.• Collect requirements for order taking and offer all product catalog, including additional services.• Register & follow up with prospects.• Register and submit daily customer issues to planner.• Ensure collaboration between the different teams (QC & Commercial) to keep the commitment with the customer.• Detect improvement areas in internal process and customer service, offering solutions and new proposals.• Coordinate with the network to obtain the optimal results.• Propose best practice to take care of any operating issues during the day.• Ensure the prospection process is finalized with one sale.• Customer request management (Orders, claims, etc).• Notify the order status to the clients that required.• Negotiate with the client’s orders modifications and cancelations.• Register and monitor the customer claims.• Create or modify orders as requested and validated.• Contact the customers before shipping to coordinate needed logistics.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education / Professional Experience• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 2 years’ working experience in the same field.• English language proficiency is a must (Hindi & Arabic language is a plus)Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.• Knowledge of computer software (Windows and Microsoft Office).• Analytical skills and customer centric.• Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving.• Strong personality with the ability to develop and maintain relationships for both internal and external customers.• High standards of ethics, conformity with rules, and integrity in all business dealings.
