In turn, ensuring that our high customer satisfaction levels are maintained whether its handling phone, email or face to face interactions with customers. You?ll work in a fast paced, target focused environment constantly striving to ensure we?re providing the best customer service, approaching customers in a professional, respectful and ethical manner at all times.Acting with pace in the effective management of any support queries raised by customers, raising these with our engineering team and supporting the customer through a resolution as quickly as possible should be a particular focus for the Customer Operations Associate. Working as a key member of the Commerical Team, this is very much a busy role in which you will need to be capable of building strong relationships, have the ability to manage a busy workload, provide excellent customer service, and can prioritise tasks efficiently.
