Improving Lives.Currently, we are seeking for a Customer Implementation Specialist. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to successfully implement regional customer projects ? effectively on board new and current DGF business, secured locally as well as regionally / globally, that will ensure smooth operations go-live and enhance customer retention.Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement customer implementations together with the Regional and Global Customer Implementation Manager.
  • Interact with customers; act as the project implementation specialist both internally and externally.
  • Performs root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous measurement to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer implementations against pre-agreed service standards and budgets.
  • Being the one single contact and responsible unit for implementations within a given DGF region for customer implementation projects.
  • Be a key member in global implementation project teams; and where appointed assume project leadership in regional and global customer implementations.
  • Ensure the use of project management best practices, depict methodology and align with the global standard for customer implementation and program management (GCIPM) for all customer implementations.
  • Assist with the execution of tasks corresponding to complex customer implementations lead by the Regional / Global Implementation Manager.
  • Execute Standard Implementation tasks not limited to:
- Obtain critical implementation information from clients, marketing and sales and operations departments. - Coordinate Account set up in Cargowise. - Coordinate with countries any time stamp / milestone reporting requirements. - Coordinate with countries any internal inter-company billing process. - SOP Management together with project owner and operations (distribution and validation). - Assist relevant operational users in new processes, applications and requirements.Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Divisional Experience: 3-5 Years working in DGF.
  • Maintain very effective working relationships with Marketing and Sales, in-country Implementation Management teams, Operations as well as all members of respective customer projects ? from different countries and regions.
  • TMS Deployment Experience and knowledge of Cargowise.
  • Knows Middle East and African Countries.
  • Bachelors Degree in any field is a plus.
  • First Choice Master Bronze Certified.
  • Fluent (written & spoken) in both English & French Language.
