Trust builtIn this role, your mission will be:• Handle calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy• Resolve queries and guide users through our digital platforms• Support complaints, authorizations, and appointment bookings• Stay aligned with DHA/HAAD policies and ensure confidentialityWe’re looking for someone who:• Has customer care experience, ideally in healthcare• Comes from a medical background (nurse, lab technician or pharmacist)• Is open to rotational shifts (24/7 department)• Communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence
