CSSD TechnicianJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Adhere to daily assignments, prepared by the Manager or create assignments in their absence.•Ensure safe handling of equipment and follow established inspection and testing protocols.•Receive, inspect, sort, clean, and dry instruments, adhering to policies for steam autoclave and Sterrad low-temperature sterilization.•Perform routine inspections and test equipment for wear and tear.•Follow hospital infection control recommendations.•Participate in patient care services and support other hospital staff as needed.•Assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing or nurse supervisor.•Be accountable for personal actions and performance.Minimum Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited program or equivalent experience.•Current registration in the country of practice (desirable).•4-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
