Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, Interview hourly associates and provide recommendations for hire, Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provide counseling and/or recognition to associates as needed.
Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control
Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc.?
Ability to handle the Cryogenic (GAS/Helium Products) and DG Products in line with Legal and Contractual Obligations
Should have enough knowledge in HSE and Driver Training to handle DG Product and Behavioral Safety with regards to Road Transportation Risks
Daily prepared delivery plan after coordinating with Operation Supervisor and Share it with Linde operation team
Follow up with CICPA passes for Drivers and vehicles (issuing, renewal. LOA)
