Job Description

This CRM Engineer is responsible for the development and support for internally created or supported application software, including: Business requirement gathering, developing the solution, and testingtroubleshooting the application. The role also works closely with senior management to develop and improve the business applications. The job scope also includes;

  • Responsible for the understanding and documenting the business requirements,
  • DevelopingCustomizing the application and collaborating with Manager on the Application Design and Architecture.
  • Writing the SIT/UAT test, and validating it with the business users.
  • Providing the required training for using the application to the business users.
  • Troubleshooting any bugissue in the system and identifying the appropriate fix.
  • Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to the Application Development Servers.
  • Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes.
  • Maximizing applications performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting application problems and outages and scheduling application upgrades.
  • Maintain application interfaces for data integration.
  • Lead, train and support the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.
  • Vendor Management
  • Monitoring and maintain the following ApplicationSystems:
    • MS Dynamic CRM
    • SQL Server
    • Integration Applications between MS Dynamic CRM system and other systems
    • Custom API?s
To be considered for this role, you will need to have;
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in CRM
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science
  • 6+ years? experience of Application Development
  • 5+ years? experience of Customizing MS Dynamic CRM
  • 5+ years? experience of Database Design and Analysis required
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM platform, including: customization, administration and development.
  • Demonstrable, strong analysis skills are a must.
  • Experience in Power Apps, Power automation, Power BI.
  • Senior programming skills utilizing MS DotNet Framework, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, and AJAX.
  • The ability to develop Web API using (SOAPREST).
  • The ability to integrate third party API?s with Dynamics CRM.
  • The ability to create and debug complex stored procedures, SQL statements, views, triggers, and functions for MS SQL Server.
  • The Ability to develop MS SQL Server Integration Services.
  • The Ability to develop MS SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • An understanding of utilizing Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
  • Experience with data modeling tools, and major DBMS systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake are a plus.
  • Good communication skills
Desirable:
  • Microsoft Certified in Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer
  • Microsoft Certified Professional in SQL Server
  • 2 years? experience of Software Design
  • Experience with Microstrategy platform
