Job Description

Role : Credit AnalystLocation : DubaiRole Purpose:To review / analyze customers Credit Applications, Availments and SFCAs. Check documents and genuineness of financial statements, conduct financial and non-financial analysis for Credit Proposals in accordance with bank policies and approve/recommend the financing package that meet customer requirements/Capabilities.Key Accountabilities of the role RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To review credit applications Turnover less than AED 250Mn and ensure that it is consistent with credit programs, TM RAC, bank?s policy, central bank law & regulations.
  2. Reviewing the credit proposals and recommending the proposals to the higher authorities.
  3. Collaborate with the RM to make sure receiving complete set of documents required for review / analyses of the credit application.
  4. Verify genuineness of customers? financials.
  5. High quality financials analysis.
  6. Determine customers? financing needs and propose the most suitable credit facilities package.
  7. Highlight risk factors & mitigation, in each credit application.
  8. Adhere to KPls of application processing and required targets.
  9. Prepare/ review TM & RAC factors & MRA input.
  10. Maintain contact with all Business Units in the Bank to ensure high levels of Business units satisfaction
  11. Conduct any other assignments assigned by the Line Manager
RESULTS REQUIERD:
  1. 90% of T1 cases to be finalized within the agreed TAT
  2. Ensure to pass the cases within Minimum agreed error rate
  3. To process monthly cases/transactions as allocated
  4. Ensure no regulatory issue for cases reviewed
  5. To attend and pass training courses as prescribed
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Teamwork driven
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
  • English Language/ Arabic is plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
