Key Responsibilities:Deliver prepared lessons or follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.Teach a variety of subjects across middle and high school grades, as required.Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.Engage students with clear explanations, activities, and learning support.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the regular teacher or administration.Adapt teaching methods to the needs of students and the school curriculum.Assist with supervision, exams, and other school-related activities when needed.Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and school management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.Prior experience teaching middle and/or high school students is preferred.Strong classroom management and organizational skills.Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and teaching styles.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of curriculum standards and teaching best practices.UAE teaching license or equivalent preferred.
